Female relocating to the East coast needs to have lease taken over from January 2007-August 2008. The room monthly rent is $513 in a 2 bedroom apartment. Security deposit of $400. Room will be available December 20th, 2007 Seeking another female or male to replace me. Please email me as soon as possible if interested for a showing. 15 mins. driving distance from SDSU and walking distance to Bus stop and Shopping Mall (University Square, Laundry Room) 

P.S  I have some furnitures to get rid off, if you are an international student who plans to stay in San Diego more than two semesters, I can resell the furniture cheaply to you and both of us wouldsave the trouble moving.

a chair  $10
a writing desk $15 
Two Bookshelves $30

All the stuff would be available by Dec 20, you may need a truck to pick up these heavy stuff.
